Deacons

Deacons serve as helpers according to the gifts and abilities of those deacons. This could include almost any kind of ministry, but always under the leadership and oversight of the elders. We should not, however, limit the work of deacons to merely physical things for some men such as Philip the evangelist and Stephen were gifted and served in the communication of the Word.
